I wrote about why we make lefse at Christmas time last year. Last night we made this year’s 🙂

I think I enjoyed this year’s more than any other. Usually I have one or two helpers in the kitchen but this time all of my siblings (& babies, & Alex 🙂 were in there together. And it’s really just fun to be together.

Alia thinks “jackpot!” The tricky part. But Kaden loves to roll. Mimi peeled the potatoes beforehand & cleaned up after. She’s the best 🙂 Delicious.
